Beach Days!!!

Yesterday was May 1st and I found myself longing more than ever to pay a visit to the beach. :)
I managed to get there early but wasn't expecting the weather to be so lovely so I didn't bring my bathing suit. Today however I headed to the beach well prepared and I am proud to say that I SWAM in the ocean!!! I haven't been in the ocean (minus me walking on the shore and getting my feet wet or being only ankle deep) for over 2 years, which is wayyyy too long for me. Last summer I didn't even go to the beach and I became upset about it as Autumn approached. I kept pushing it back and doing other things all Summer, all the while telling myself that I had plenty of time left to go to the beach. Before I knew it, it was Autumn and the weather and water was too cold for me to even think about going in. I'm uber happy that I went for a swim today and I can't wait to go again. If all other attempts fail this coming Summer at least I can say that I swam for a few hours this year. So today I woke up early and had so many things to do. I just got home from doing some grocery shopping at my local health food store, but I have a few more things to do before I can relax.

I thought it was going to be nice and sunny out today, but it appears that it is going to be quite overcast for the rest of the day. I decided to wear my favorite little romper from Charlotte Russe and I'm so happy I brought my H&M mint Cardigan with me because it's a bit colder than I had anticipated.

Loreal Nail Polish Review ParisVersailles Romance Collection

Happy Friday Dolls and Cool Cats!!!

The weather outside is fabu!!! I'm totally loving all this sunshine, as it's been chilly and overcast for quite some time...

Today I wanted to show you this new nail polish that I've been seriously love Love LOVING!!! I can't seem to stop using LOREAL nail polishes lately. They apply so wonderfully even and dry smooth and pretty quick as well. I used two to three coats at maxxx for a beautiful finish that lasts for days without one chip! I even did the dishes 3 days in a row without any nail polish coming off or chipping away. NOW THAT'S IMPRESSIVE!

Before I started using these nail polishes I was using Essie, UD, and the Balm nail polishes but those nail polishes can't hold a candle to this new LOREAL formula, it truly is a very lovely product. My favorite colors are from the Versailles collection as I've always loved pastel colors and have had the hardest time finding nail polishes in these light milky colors that don't look streaky and aren't all goopey. These nail polishes do just that and they truly live up to the recent hype and praise that I've heard about them. I'm soooo happy I decided to try them. There are some limited edition colors as well I have one that was only available at Target I believe, it is in the color "Lifetime Love" which is a pretty Ruby Red color with both gold and silver shimmer. It is totes beautiful!

1. Apply 2-3 Coats of "Pistachio Dream" to nails.
                                                      2. On accent finger apply 1 coat of Milani Jewel FX in "Gold".
                                                      3. No need for a top coat it's built in the nail polish! :)))
